Due to an accident resulting in injury or death in Oyama City, Tochigi Prefecture, the JR Utsunomiya Line has been suspended from operating on the up and down lines between Tokyo Station and Utsunomiya Station from around 8:30 pm.
In addition, due to this influence, the JR Shonan-Shinjuku line and the Utsunomiya line section are not operating on the up and down lines.
