A very extreme form of consumption is shopping addiction.

At what point did you take a critical look at your shopping behavior?

Nunu Kaller:

It used to be that I bought myself a T-shirt at H&M after a stupid day in the office or as a reward - for that nice feeling.

Instead of wearing it right away, however, I put it in the closet for three weeks.

When I was asked if the part was new, I could say that I had it for a long time.

That is a clear sign.

That was the reason why I started the shopping diet in 2012, so I didn't buy any new clothes for a year.
