On the morning of March 28, the farewell ceremony of Academician Peng Shilu, the first chief designer of Chinese nuclear submarines, was held at the Beijing Babaoshan Revolutionary Cemetery.
Peng Shilu, the first chief designer of China's nuclear submarine, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, a well-known nuclear power expert, and a science and technology consultant of China National Nuclear Corporation, died in Beijing at noon on March 22 at the age of 96.
