The weather was good that day, and the ground in the lush canopy area of the community was basically out of the sun.
During the visit, some residents said that when it was raining and windy last year, there were situations where branches broke and fell and trees fell over.
Due to the luxuriant canopy, the surface plants under the trees are always sparse because they cannot be exposed to the sun.
Later, the reporter learned from the property and the owner committee of the community that the Main River Valley community was divided into one and two phases, which were handed over in 2003 and 2007 respectively. There was basically no greening and pruning before.
The current property company entered the community in June last year, and was commissioned by the owners' committee to trim more than 1,200 trees in the community through public bidding.
In the announcement of the results of the comparison provided by the property, the reporter saw that 4 companies participated in the comparison. The quotations ranged from a minimum of more than 230,000 yuan to a maximum of more than 500,000 yuan. The pruning content includes thinning, lowering, and removing. In terms of specific transplantation and felling permits, Article 10 of the regulations states that transplanting trees with a diameter of 6 cm or more outside the residential area should be reported to the landscaping authority for approval in accordance with the provisions of the Chengdu Landscaping Regulations.
