Famous celebrities ranging from Park Eun-seok to Choi-hee came out as informants.

SBS'I want to know that' aired on the 27th illuminated the case of the casting director Jo with the subtitle'Which casting director's secret-an unfair victim or a trapped hunter?'

In the broadcast that day, faces familiar to the public appeared as informants and drew attention. They said that despite the pressure and opposition around them, they took courage and stood here.

Those who stood in front of the camera as informants explained, "If I quietly turn over, I think I will be able to damage many of my colleagues in the future." It also said that it is taking the risk of being sued by the other party.

The main character of the story they reported to is the casting director Jo. Regarding that, announcer Choi Hee said that he met Jo for the first time as an introduction and held a meeting about the wedding pictorial, and that it was not possible due to the casting of another model by the company. And three months later, Mr. Jo, who suddenly contacted him, asked Choi-hee to be responsible for the loss of the wedding pictorial and demanded compensation for damages.

In addition, he is known to have threatened to sue Choi, saying, "If it is known that you have been accused, the image will not improve. I will not let you work on this floor." Afterwards, Choi Hee said that he was afraid to be listed as Gu Seol-soo related to the accused, and that he met Jo with a lawyer.

Choi Hee explained, "When the lawyer looked at the agreement he had written, he told me not to sign it. I grabbed the lawyer's fate and started to make a fuss with double swearing."

And then, Mr. Jo made a false report that Choi-hee had imprisoned and assaulted him with his boyfriend, a lawyer.

And the next day, articles about this spread, and Choi said that he had to be misunderstood and criticized for it.

Park Eun-seok, who gained fame through the drama'Penthouse', also stood in front of the camera as a tipper.

He said, "At the time, I was doing a play called'Pride'. A man came up and introduced himself as the casting director and said he wanted to make a casting proposal."

As a result, Park Eun-suk confessed that the trust was gained when a character called the casting director as a new actor handed over the script.

But faith did not last long.

Mr. Jo asked Park Eun-seok for an invitation to the performance, saying he was coming with a production official.

Park Eun-seok gave him two tickets, but it was the actress, not the production official, who came to see this performance.

The actress, who went to see the performance with Jo, received a similar offer to Park Eun-suk from Jo.

The actress said that she had received a ticket from a close actor from Jo and that she had been offered to go to the show together and watched the show together.

And it was Park Eun-seok who said that Jo was a close actor.

One informant said he had visited the premiere with Jo.

He said, "There were several passes for journalists and journalists in Jo's bag. We took out two of them and hung them together to enter the premiere," he testified that he had a reporter pass even though he was not a reporter.

Park Eun-seok, who felt uncomfortable with Mr. Jo, wrote on social media to be careful about Mr. Jo.

Then, many colleagues reported that he had suffered the same thing, and Park Eun-suk shared the details of Jo in a chat room, worrying that there would be other affected colleagues.

And it quickly spread among actors in college.

But three years later, Park Eun-seok received a phone call.

Mr. Jo threatened to sue Park Eun-seok and claimed damages for defamation.

And this content was poured into articles.

But this was not the end.

Daehakro actors who shared Park Eun-seok's writing at the time were collectively sued by Jo.

In response, Mr. Jo claimed that he suffered unspeakable pain by receiving numerous threatening calls.

It is also known that some of the accused actors have reached an agreement for fear that they will be able to become actors anymore because of being caught up in Gu Seol-soo.

In particular, because of the small income, one actor was regretful when it revealed that he had decided to share the settlement money like a monthly automatic transfer.

Park Eun-seok explained to the decisive reason that he became suspicious of Mr. Jo at the time, "I gave me a business card at the time, and the affiliation was the same as the company I belonged to. So when I talked, he said that he didn't know that the name was the same."

Accordingly, the production crew went directly to the two addresses in the business cards received by Park Eun-seok and the informants to find the traces of Mr. Jo.

However, in either of the two places, it was difficult to find traces of Mr. Jo or others related to his or her difference.

And, although entertainment agency must register in the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, his company was a ghost company that could not be found anywhere.

In the broadcast, Mr. Cho's technique was followed.

The place where numerous informants said they had met with Jo was the lobby of SBS headquarters in Mok-dong.

Cho seemed to have used the SBS lobby at least 14 years ago.

While having a meeting at the broadcasting station, the faith of the informants about Mr. Jo was also great.

Also, one of the reasons that made him trust him was that there were screenplays by famous film directors that you would know if you just hear the name.

And Kim Ho-young said, "When I was on the radio, I recorded my voice and sent it as a file, and there were many messages full of fan spirit. So, although it was a bit burdensome, I didn't think that I was the person who would harm. I contacted you like that for about two years." Said.

Jo, who understood the broadcasting industry well, used it to gain the trust of actors and also took advantage of the location as a broadcasting station.

The SBS lobby was also the place where an agreement was reached with actors who shared Park Eun-seok's writing four years ago.

And one actor explained, "I asked for money that could be an annual salary from a theater actor. I deducted it in cash and gave it to me. I had to spend more time paying it off."

Why was it possible to freely enter and exit a broadcast station with controlled access?

In response, SBS security personnel explained, "I presented a voice actor ID. I had to enter the car with the concept of a performer."

However, from one day, after parking, it was strange that he went outside, and from then on, I started to watch Mr. Jo.

In the lobby cafe on the first floor, I was often seen chatting with young women.

And as a result of checking the performers during that period, it was confirmed that he was not registered on the list of performers as a voice actor.

In addition, he has been on the SBS banned list since 2017.

In addition, he was found to have been expelled from the voice actor theater and association since 2013.

When access to SBS was blocked, he moved to a nearby cafe.

This place was where I met Choi Hee.

A cafe official testified, "I met mostly young men and women."

Another informant said that he introduced himself as Director Kim Min-woo, and that he met with three or four young women during the 30 minutes he was watching the script.

And it turned out that Mr. Jo received an introduction fee on the condition of introducing actors to take profile pictures in a studio.

In addition, the production crew went to the production company of the screenplay that Mr. Jo handed to the actors.

There was no official casting director for films that had already been filmed last year, and Mr. Jo suggested that he would cast a screenplay for a film in post-production.

In other works, it turned out that the official casting director did not exist.

In addition, it is known that the screenplay given by Mr. Jo is correct for the movie, but unlike the original, the name and contact information of Jo is included instead of the contact information of the assistant director of the movie, and the audition location map is also missing.

And reporter Kang Kyung-yoon, who is currently in a legal suit with him, said, "Because of the article about the lawsuit, we protested to the media reporter and it is confirmed that 40 media have applied for mediation to the media arbitration committee. In addition to the deletion of the article, financial compensation has been made. Are demanding," he explained.

Jo, who reported to the media about Park Eun-suk's accusation, struck a legal response with a strong protest when a reporter related to him came out.

Another reporter in a legal dispute showed what he searched on the portal site.

Jo is listed as a movie star on the portal site, and has appeared in about 23 films and even appeared as a supporting actor.

It wasn't just the media that Jo was suing the lawsuit.

He even sued people who posted articles about him on his personal blog.

Jo said that if he came to him and apologized, he would drop the complaint, and a blogger went to see him.

However, Mr. Jo, whom he met in person, continued to speak intimidatingly to the blogger.

The blogger, frightened by this, agreed to deposit a certain amount each month on the spot and received a letter of cancellation of the complaint.

In addition, Mr. Jo even requested that the texts he sent that could appear to be intimidating be deleted.

In response, an expert said, "The victims have learned how to give up the lawsuit or to gain an edge over the ambiguous legal network. This remains a self-halometric factor. It is suggested that I can get away with filing a lawsuit in this way, but this is a suggestion that I can get away with this type of lawsuit," he said. It has the same effect as intimidation or threat,” he analyzed.

He also added that the purpose of his action was "the pursuit of a monetary purpose, the consciousness of controlling people in that way and that I was superior through the law, which motivated me to live in this way."

In addition, when he was confirmed innocent in 2018, Mr. Jo sued Eun-byul, who sued him, as a civil criminal.

Eun-byul's mother wrote an answer because she could not afford to appoint an attorney, and in the end, it took seven years and was dismissed with no charges.

However, it turned out that Jo even used this as a means of wrapping his legitimacy.

And during the interview, I met an informant who knows well about Mr. Jo.

Kwon Mo, who lived with Jo and even thought of getting married.

He said, "I went through a lot of scary things, but I was shocked to see the case of a middle school girl pregnancy," he said.

In addition, Mr. Kwon said he had recently left the house after being beaten by Mr. Jo.

During the quarrel with Mr. Kwon, Mr. Jo became angry by threatening to set the house on fire and throwing a chair.

And when he reported to the police, he was strangled, and Kwon said that this was the third time that Mr. Kwon reported him to the police.

And Mr. Kwon said, "I just thought that it could harm someone other than me if it flows again. If I stopped here, I would report it because I wanted it to be awesome."

In addition, this USB is known to contain the profiles of actors he has collected so far and scripts of movie dramas.

Accordingly, the broadcast traced the data, saying, "If there is a mistake in the behavior of Mr. Cho in the future, it may be valuable data that can reveal it and rescue the unfair victim."

According to Jo's conversation on the USB, he was unemployed and suffered from a hardship in his life, and he even put up a car.

Mr. Kwon said, "He said he put a check under the driver's seat. I know it was more than 10 million won. There was always more than 2 million won in the wallet, and the car is the name of the brother-in-law."

And Mr. Kwon said that Jo's house, which receives monthly rent, is not in Jo's name.

In addition, he asked Kwon to take over 200 million won worth of money, saying that there is a risk of seizure if money is left in the bank under his or her name.

And the house where I live now was also a chartered apartment worth hundreds of millions of won in the name of Mr. Kwon.

Mr. Kwon said, "It was said that they had agreed to a ten thousand won agreement, but they said as if they had achieved results. Even a month before the breakup, they said that they earned 200, earned 100. And if they cut down the settlement, they would get bread or something like that."

Mr. Kwon told Mr. Jo that the settlement and lawsuit had become work.

One informant said, "If you write a post, it is 3 million won, and if you write a comment, it is 1 million won."

He said, "I was raising a baby by myself and there was nowhere to receive money. I told him to come to his house and do some chores because it was difficult because of this situation. I was in a very bad mood."

In the end, he said he received a loan and sent the settlement money.

It turned out that Mr. Jo was also pressured by the family of the person in the lawsuit.

He said that he would never put his feet on the floor again, saying he would report on the broadcast, and when the police came to him at the call of his family, Jo held the Bible in his heart and complained of resentment.

Afterwards, he was banned from approaching, but Yoo's family couldn't easily shake his fears that he came to know the address of his home.

There were others who suffered such damage.

Then, how does Mr. Jo know the address?

Therefore, Jo argued that because he is a victim, he can check his address through the court, and there is no problem with coming to this place.

After hearing this story, Mr. Kwon, a daughter who lives with Mr. Jo, said, "When you file a complaint, you only need your name and phone number to serve the complaint because the address is unknown, so you will be given a correction order to correct it. And if you go to the community center with the correction order, you can go to the community center. "I'm going to take you off a text that tells you the address. I know you've been to the house with it."

Looking at the lawsuit-related data on the USB, the address correction order was significant.

With this, I got to know the addresses of many people.

And Mr. Jo used it as a means of oppressing another victim.

In response, an expert said, "It is not that the lawsuit will find my resentment or win the right to find the right, but if the information obtained in the process has a purpose, it becomes a different story." It can be said that he was joking around the department and investigative agency,” he criticized Mr. Jo.

After the information was released through the broadcast, someone who knew Jo well contacted me.

He said, "I contacted you on the basis of advocacy. He participated as a casting director in a famous movie until recently. I have seen all such materials." It will run. It is netizens who will be punished in the end. It is a fine of 2 million won and a convict."

Accordingly, the PD in charge asked, "I think it is related or it is me. Can I see you?"

Then the informant suddenly hung up, saying, "Would you like to install a hidden camera?"

And when I traced this phone number, it was one of the numbers that Mr. Cho was using that Mr. Kwon gave him.

The production crew decided to meet Jo and talk directly.

At the appearance of the reporter, he accused him, "Stop shooting. And this address is an address that only Park Eun-suk knows. Was it from Park Eun-suk?"

In response, the production crew said, "I didn't get it from Park Eun-seok," and then asked him for a position.

We asked about the affiliation in his business card, the assault case of his girlfriend, and the reason for the lawsuit related to defamation.

Cho, who was avoiding the answer, refused to report, asking for a call later, as there was a gaze around him.

Then, he refused the interview by text message without answering the phone.

He avoided answering six years ago, saying that he was unbelievable because he did not properly state his position, and that he did not know about the lawsuit.

However, 105 people reported to the production crew about the lawsuit against him.

Among them, there were reports that Mr. Jo had impersonated a lawyer and requested an agreement.

As a result of checking with the law firm, there was a lawyer with the same name, but he said he had never called the victim.

An expert said, "It is innocent to sue even though you know that you are not guilty anyway, compulsion to make people write an apology and kneel, blackmail if you take money, and blackmail 10 years or less. Violation, imprisonment of not more than three years. And now the victims are reaching dozens of people," he analyzed.

In addition, he said that his nominated property could be subject to severe legal punishment.

An expert explained, "If you return it under the name of a third party, you can be exempt from forced execution and punished for violating the Real Name System Act."

In addition, Kwon, a domestic partner who helped with Jo's lawsuit, regretted the past by saying that he played the role of an accomplice who managed Jo's money with his account.

Mr. Kwon said, "I don't know why my life has become like this. Of course, I would like to give it to those who have to cooperate with the investigation and compensate for the damage. If there is something to be punished, that person must be punished. I also have to take responsibility for any wrongdoings. I want to pay the price and live confidently in society," he said calmly and expressed his heart.

The production crew asked the Supreme Court how many orders Mr. Cho had to correct the address.

And the Supreme Court replied, "Please understand that the requested data could not be submitted because statistics could not be extracted."

They also answered that they are not aware of any questions that ask about precedents for abuse of address correction orders.

Accordingly, the broadcaster introduced a method to prevent damage to the address correction order, saying that there is no risk of exposure of the address since the collection is received as an electronic document by using the electronic lawsuit pre-inclusive consent system.

The total amount of damage to the informants we met during the interview was over 100 million won.

However, the times when I was afflicted with resentment and fear than material damage would be much more hurt and damage.

Currently, victims have gathered and filed a complaint with the police.

Those who avoided being sued by him again or the production crew gave up courage.

Accordingly, the broadcast drew attention by notifying the investigative agency in advance of the coverage and promising to actively cooperate at any time.
