The battle for
coronavirus
vaccines
continues.
The European Union has been very clear: it will block exports of
vaccines
against
Covid-19
to drastically restrict them to producing countries or whose population is largely vaccinated.
The EU exported some 21 million doses of all
vaccines
to the UK, but did not receive any produced across the English Channel, despite the contract signed by
AstraZeneca
stipulating delivery of doses from two British factories.

07.00 The Community of Madrid is closed again until April 9 to prevent the advance of the coronavirus
The
perimeter closure
of the
Community of Madrid
for
Easter
approved by the Interterritorial Health Council has come into force this Friday and will remain in force until April 9, with the intention of restricting mobility between autonomous communities and thus contain contagions of
coronavirus
.
The
perimeter closure
is subject to the exceptions of the state of alarm decree of last October 25, such as going to work or the doctor and taking exams, among others.
The Madrid region lifted last Monday the
perimeter closure
for the San José bridge agreed two weeks ago by a large majority of communities in the Interterritorial Council of the National Health System (CISNS).
Madrid also opposed closing at
Easter
, but then ended up asking the Supreme Court to maintain the
perimeter closure out
of "prudence", as stated in its allegations to the appeal filed by Vox against the permitted closure of all communities, except the Balearics and Canary Islands.
