　　[Explanation] This group of young people who are looking forward to the future are job seekers participating in the "Greater Bay Area Youth Employment Program Recruitment Expo. From March 23 to 24, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government encouraged and supported young people to come to the Greater Bay Area. Mainland cities work and develop careers, launched the "Greater Bay Area Youth Employment Program Recruitment Expo", inviting organizations from different industries, including finance, business services, education, logistics and information technology, to provide more than 800 job vacancies for young people in Hong Kong Seize the opportunity to develop careers and give full play to their strengths. Many young people on the scene are enthusiastic about this event and have different thinking about many cities in the Greater Bay Area.

　　Mainly want to go to Shenzhen, because it is near (Hong Kong) and relatively developed.

　　Shenzhen is a newly developed city, and it may have more opportunities, and relatively speaking, their salaries will be higher.

　　I prefer cultural areas like Cantonese, so it should be near Guangzhou and Shenzhen. The ecology of its Internet development is also relatively good.

　　In Hong Kong, I feel that it is relatively international. It is more challenging to stay here. This may be the reason why I want to stay in Hong Kong.

　　Because I just graduated this year, I want to learn more through this project. This project is to recruit graduates from 2019 to 2021. So I think this is very helpful for our fresh graduates. I think through this year Half of the project, you should be able to learn a lot of experience, and then it is convenient for us to come back to find a job.

　　In 18 months, I first tried to meet the company's requirements, striving to stay in the company and continue to take office. My goal is more inclined to develop in the direction I like, such as financial technology.

　　As a recent graduate, I don’t have a lot of work experience, so I wanted to enter some big factories at the beginning, like "goose factory", and hope to learn the business model of the big factory and some of its operation methods. These are the benefits of entering the big factory. .

When I first went in, I didn't care too much about salary, more money or less money, so I would study first. After 18 months of study, I would like to see what I could learn and make plans.
