[Explanation] In March 2018, as one of the 4 schools in Beijing’s first batch of school-running projects in Xiong’an, Beijing’s Zhongguancun No. 3 Primary School, 12 teachers were stationed to work in the normalization of Xiong’an, and 8 of the 12 teachers were in the city There are 5 district-level subject leaders and backbone teachers, as well as 5 teachers with senior and deputy senior titles, all of whom are teaching backbones in various disciplines.

  In fact, after coming, we have been discussing what else we can do on the basis of fully opening up the national curriculum.

  [Explanation] Liu Xia said that in the past three years, teachers from the two places have worked together to form a number of special courses across disciplines, such as the integration of music and sports, and the integration of calligraphy and Chinese classical poetry. Two or more teachers teach together, and there is no place to research problems. Being stuck in the classroom, improving teachers' understanding of interdisciplinary concepts, and also inspiring students' vitality.

  Our school has a farm. We will carry out farm courses based on the farm and orchard courses based on our orchard. This kind of special course has actually improved the children’s vision and made the teachers here realize that it’s around me. Everything, in fact, can become a resource for the curriculum, and can bring children some growth and progress.

  [Explanation] In addition to opening full national courses, the school has developed nearly 30 club courses, including open courses for parents. With limited teachers, it uses social resources to tap children's potential in all aspects.

  For example, in courses such as 3D printing and programming, students have also begun to get involved, and gradually become like and enthusiastic about it.   [Explanation] In order to comprehensively improve the quality of teachers on the Xiongan campus and surrounding schools, the school has established a "New Era Teacher Training Workstation".

As the head of the workstation, Liu Xia uses seminars, workshops, lectures, lectures and other methods to focus on the daily educational events of teachers and students to carry out action research.
