Additional accusations were filed against the singer-songwriter The Film (Hwang Kyung-seok 43), who was handed over to trial earlier this year for illegally filming sexual relations with several female fans.

Bae Geun-jo, attorney of the law of all law firms, said that The Film approached female fans through SNS and then secretly filmed sexual relations through illegal filming equipment. It was announced on the 23rd that it had filed additional charges with the prosecution.

According to the accusation, it is estimated that there are 5 illegal filmings that The Film has taken.

In May of last year, attorney Bae first accused The Film of having illegally filmed sex videos after approaching female fans on social media.

The Film admitted to illegal filming of sex scenes with women during the investigation, but denied the act of distributing the video.

The prosecution has only prosecuted the charges of illegal filming and handed over The Film to trial in a state of disregard.

In a phone call with SBS Entertainment News reporter, Bae said, "I was recently investigated by the Seoul Gwangjin Police Station." "I am continuing my music activities without a sign of reflection and without apologizing to the victims. I will submit a severe punishment petition to the court."

I contacted myself and my legal representative several times to hear The Film's position on further accusations, but did not respond.

The film's sentence of trial on the charges of illegal filming will take place on the 16th of next month.
