  China News Service, March 25. According to the official Weibo of the Beijing Municipal Earthquake Administration, a 2.3-magnitude earthquake occurred in Shunyi, Beijing. The staff of the Beijing Municipal Earthquake Administration left the team and rushed to Shuangfeng Street to learn about the situation.

After arriving at Shuangfeng Sub-district Office, they met with the staff of the District Seismological Bureau.

There was no gathering of people in Shuangfeng Street.

  According to the comprehensive analysis of regional structural characteristics, historical seismic activity levels, sequence type characteristics, recent seismic activity and changes in geophysical observation data, the earthquake is considered normal seismic activity.

  Previously, the China Seismological Network officially determined that a 2.3-magnitude earthquake occurred in Beijing's Shunyi District (40.16 degrees north latitude, 116.63 degrees east longitude) at 00:57 on March 25, with a focal depth of 10 kilometers.
