[Explanation] In recent days, improving Hong Kong’s electoral system and implementing patriots ruling Hong Kong has become a hot topic among Hong Kong citizens.

A few days ago, several Hong Kong youths accepted an exclusive interview with a reporter from China News Agency, sharing their understanding and insights in front of the camera.

[Explanation] Xiaobai, 21 years old this year, is a Hong Kong university student.

Recalling the "Regulations Amendment Disturbance" more than a year ago, she still has lingering fears.

At that time, the road to school was obstructed by bricks and roadblocks, which forced her to travel long distances to school. The road was full of violent black-clothed and masked protesters, and social media was full of negative and extreme remarks, even in normal times. The peaceful and beautiful campus is no longer a pure land, which has greatly affected Xiaobai's study and life.

For her, the promulgation of the National Security Law in 2020 has restored peace in Hong Kong, and she also looks forward to going to school with peace of mind in the future under the "patriots ruling Hong Kong".

Because of the riots in Hong Kong, my studies have been greatly affected. I can’t go to school. I’m blocked every day when I go out. There are often demonstrators who beat ordinary citizens and trample on the national flag. anger.

So I also participated in some patriotic activities, and also spontaneously went to the streets to clear the roadblocks, and also went to the police station to condolences the police.

So if there is no such thing, Hong Kong society will be stabilized at once, and now I can go to school normally every day.

With the help of the country, Hong Kong has stabilized a lot, and I can concentrate on my own studies.

[Explanation] Like Xiaobai, the 31-year-old Huang Xihua is also a native of Hong Kong. After graduating from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a master's degree in 2015, he has been engaged in the social work industry.

During the "Regulation Amendment Disturbance", he was criticized and isolated by friends for publicly speaking against violence, and he no longer dared to speak up at will.

Two years ago, he entered a school as a teacher.

Huang Xihua said that the turmoil in the past few years has made the public aware of serious problems in education.

And he hopes that "patriots ruling Hong Kong" can "correct" the current education at the system level, and truly improve the current problems in the education sector.

The lack of understanding of policies and some lack of political education is actually related to national education. If we are not "patriots ruling Hong Kong", the principal and teachers decide what (education) students receive.

They block the opportunity for students to learn about their country and the historical knowledge behind the place they are in.

[Explanation] Career development is also a topic of concern for young people.

As the chairman of the Hong Kong Young Entrepreneurs General Chamber of Commerce, the chamber of commerce under the charge of the "post-80s" Xie Haifa mainly serves young entrepreneurs aged 18 to 45 in Hong Kong.

Recently, the Chamber of Commerce has received nearly HK$10 million in entrepreneurial funds provided by the Special Administrative Region Government’s "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Youth Entrepreneurship Funding Program" to support and encourage Hong Kong youth to start businesses in the Greater Bay Area.

Xie Haifa said that if the youth of Hong Kong want to develop better, it is very important to cooperate with the country's policies and ride the country's "hit ride".

The implementation of "patriots ruling Hong Kong" is actually a very good advancement for us young people.

It is mentioned in the "14th Five-Year Plan" that Hong Kong, especially young people, encourage them to go to the Greater Bay Area to integrate into entrepreneurship. Our friends in this club and ourselves are very happy.

Because in fact, if we want to develop in mainland China, it is of course indispensable to cooperate with the country's policy, because the country's policy is like a rider.

In fact, as long as we young people get on this ride and follow along, it will get twice the result with half the effort.

[Explanation] "Post-85s" Hong Kong youth Zhan Peixun admitted frankly that he was a rider on this national policy "hit ride".

In 2018, as one of the partners, he opened an unmanned vehicle logistics company in Shenzhen.

As an alumnus of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, he and other partners will introduce the self-driving technology of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology research team into the development and production of unmanned vehicles. This project has received investment from many well-known venture capital institutions in the Mainland.

In just a few years, the company has attracted more than 100 engineers, and its current business has covered many cities across the country.

In Zhan Peixun's view, integrating into the overall situation of the country's development not only provides Hong Kong youth with a broader stage, but also provides an unprecedented opportunity for youth to realize their own value and contribute to the development of the motherland.

I think that after this "patriot ruling Hong Kong", many of our young people can enter the Greater Bay Area, and the country will also support the Greater Bay Area to support our young people in Hong Kong in employment, entrepreneurship, and property ownership. So I I think it is a great opportunity. Now is a good time. Before I come, I call on young people from all walks of life in Hong Kong to support the implementation of this "patriot ruling Hong Kong".
