On March 18th, Huang Guofu painted in his studio in Chongqing.
Huang Guofu was born in Tongnan District, Chongqing City in 1970. At the age of 4, he was struck by a high voltage and lost his arms. He started school at the age of 12 and learned to write and paint with his feet.
At the age of 27, Huang Guofu began to try to paint with his mouth. After years of tempering, he mastered the skills of mouth painting.
Now Huang Guofu has established his own painting and calligraphy studio in Chongqing, with more than 60 apprentices.
Speaking of the future, Huang Guofu is determined to pursue painting all his life and pass positive energy to more people, especially the disabled group, so that they can live with more dignity.
