"The calculations that are now underway indicate that April will most likely be warm," TASS quotes the scientific director of the department, Roman Vilfand.
He specified that the temperature in the capital is expected to be higher than the climatic norm.
Earlier, Vilfand said that the snow in Moscow should melt by the end of the first ten days of April.
