The announcement has fallen:

Killing Eve

will come to an end with the fourth season.

The series, which enjoyed both critical and popular success, was renewed last year, but filming was postponed due to the pandemic.

According to

Variety

, production of the final eight episodes of

However, AMC Networks as well as Sid Gentle Films Ltd, who produce the series, are working on potential spin-offs, although no details have been revealed.

As a reminder,

All good things come to an end

“Killing Eve was the most amazing adventure and I will be forever grateful for it.

Thank you to all the fans who have supported and accompanied us throughout the journey.

And while all good things come to an end, it's not over yet.

We are going to make this season a memorable one!

Jodie Comer said in a statement.

Each season, a new chief writer and showrunner had been appointed to lead the boat.

After Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Emerald Fennell and Suzanne Heathcote, Laura Neal (
