The streak only lasts a few seconds, but it didn't escape PETA.

In

 Rita Ora's

Big

music video

(featuring David Guetta and Gunna among others), some images of which were filmed in Bulgaria, a dog with cropped ears briefly appears.

Images that did not please British PETA at all.

"To mutilate animals is unacceptable", responded to the

Daily Mail

Elisa Allen, director of the animal protection association in Great Britain.

Called "otectomy", this aesthetic practice has been banned in this country, as in France since 2004, specifies the Huffington Post.

"Cutting the ears is painful mutilation"

Elisa Allen also recalled that the ears are fundamental for animals.

“Dogs' ears are there for a specific purpose, and they have to use them as directional antennae,” she explains.

Cutting the ears is a painful mutilation that is most often used in dogfights […] it has no place in a civilized and human society ”.

Through this message, PETA wishes to send a “strong message” to breeders, celebrities and also the general public in order to put an end to this practice.

For the moment, Rita Ora and her entourage have not yet reacted.
