In Cairo, specifically in the Giza area, we passed a street on foot, so we stop at a beautiful house, it is true that time has left its mark on it, but despite that it was remarkable by its distinctive design, and it was more like a classic, medium-sized palace, and the reason we stopped at the gate of this The house is the presence of a small gold-colored plate hung next to the door, on which it was written, “Here lived Ahmed Shawki,” so we realized that this beautiful house is the house in which the prince of poets Ahmad Shawqi lived, so we entered to know its details.

Then, on another day, and by pure coincidence, we were walking on the opposite side of the Nile, and in the area of "Manial", so we stopped at another painting, exactly the same as the previous one, and at the entrance to a residential building, on which was written "Here lived a rose!"

An amazing idea, very simple in its implementation, very big in its meaning, based on honoring and perpetuating the memory of creators in various fields, whether political, artistic, scientific or economic, across generations.

The "Live Here" project is a creative project launched by the "National Authority for Cultural Coordination" in Egypt. It is a sign on which there is an electronic application that includes information about each creator. The sign bearing the name and address is attached to the door of the character's home for everyone who passes by his house.

The project, launched in 2018, immortalized and documented 410 figures from the symbols of Egypt in various fields, to provide an opportunity for current and future generations to get acquainted with the achievements of these pioneers to serve as role models for them, and through this project the agency documented martyrs from the army and police, and finally the names of the martyrs of the line of defense were added. The first of the doctors and nurses who lost their lives, while trying to save patients from the Corona virus.

An idea worthy of attention, and in application as well, here in the Emirates. Honoring the creators and everyone who excelled in serving their country is a responsibility and a duty, and it sharpens their motivation and encourages future generations to create and innovate, and we have so many names in various fields that deserve this honor, and it would be nice if they are not limited to Only the departed, but also honoring the creators while they are alive, as we put plates with their names, fields, in which they excelled, and information about them, on their homes.

The idea becomes "Live Here" in the event of the death of the creator, and "Live Here", if he is still alive!
