Before dawn on the 21st, one house was burnt down in Yoro Town, Gifu Prefecture, and two people were found dead from the burnt remains.

Police are confirming that the men and women living in this house have not been contacted after the fire.

Before 2:00 am on the 21st, the fire department was notified that a house in Kyogawaki, Yoro-cho was on fire.



Eight fire trucks and other vehicles were extinguished, and the fire was extinguished after about an hour and a half, but about 77 square meters of a wooden one-story house was burnt down and two people were found dead.



According to police, Yuri Ito (60) and a man lived in this house, but neither of them was in contact after the fire.



Police believe that two people may have died and are proceeding with confirmation and investigating the cause of the fire.



The site is a residential area about 600 meters southwest of Yoro Station on the Yoro Railway that connects Gifu and Mie prefectures.
