[Explanation] The development of rural medical care is a difficult point that has plagued all parties for a long time.

Whether it is the formation of rural medical staff, the configuration of equipment and the medical consumption concepts of rural residents, they have all become important factors restricting their development.

With the joint efforts of the government and experts, this problem may usher in a new change.

[Explanation] For a long time, there have been many pain points in the development of rural medical care. The first is the treatment of rural medical staff and the configuration of equipment.

On the one hand, villages and towns lack medical equipment that can really detect diseases, and many village doctors can only rely on experience to see a doctor.

Secondly, the low treatment of village doctors makes many medical workers reluctant to stay in the countryside, especially the lack of professional young medical workers, which makes the development of rural medical treatment difficult.

Our village doctor is 22 village doctors, and there are 11 village doctors over 60 years old, so the age team is relatively large, and our youngest age is 37 years old, and the oldest one has reached 73 years old.

Now we are recruiting a doctor to join the team of village doctors.

The main reason is that people are unwilling to work as village doctors and their treatment is not guaranteed.

We are mainly old village doctors from our previous village doctors.

Because of their age, they work on computers and have some difficulties.

The second factor is because their treatment problem cannot be solved, and then their enthusiasm has some influence.

[Explanation] In addition to medical teams and equipment, rural residents’ own medical concepts are also a major drawback.

Many village doctors told reporters that in rural areas, small illnesses rely on resistance, serious illnesses rely on procrastination, serious illnesses cannot be cured, and even reliance on prescriptions for illnesses has become the medical concept of many rural residents.

Although the propaganda efforts have been great in recent years, most rural residents, especially the older middle-aged and elderly groups, have changed little.

When it comes to money, the farmer promises not to cooperate too actively.

Some minor illnesses can be cured, and serious illnesses are delayed. When they are seriously ill, he will not be able to cure them no matter how they spend money.

[Explanation] Recently, He Wei, a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference who has just participated in the National People's Congress, started a non-stop visit after returning to Liaoning.

Communicate the spirit and results of the meeting and learn about the latest situation.

As a member of the third National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, He Wei has been submitting the proposal for promoting the development of the rural medical system for 14 years.

In particular, building a "medical team that does not leave" has always been the core of He Wei's proposal.

In 2021, with the investment of more new equipment, He Wei's wish for many years is expected to come true.

Help them (village doctors) improve their knowledge and actual business capabilities, and then help them configure digital equipment, provide artificial intelligence inspection methods, and then open up this "cloud hospital", and this online and offline combination of telemedicine The system constitutes a closed loop.

[Explanation] As the main builder of rural medical care, grassroots governments have introduced more and more feasible methods.

In Hunnan District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, the local government introduced a series of measures and made substantial investments.

At present in Hunnan, the government has issued subsidies for village doctors, like the village clinics of village doctors. For this problem of insufficient capacity, our government has invested more than 50 million yuan to establish 92 standardized village clinics in the whole district.

The implementation of the "seven unifications" management of private office assistance is to strengthen the construction of this network of grassroots medical institutions.

[Explanation] The perfect development of rural medical care is not only related to the development of rural revitalization, but also the basic guarantee for the health of hundreds of millions of rural residents.

Especially with the improvement of village doctors' treatment and the intervention of more and more new technologies, the development of rural medical care may usher in new upgrades.
