From Monday March 29 until April 15, the team of the film 

L'Origine du mal

 will set up its cameras in the Pays de la Loire.

The curious may be able to see Laure Calamy, Cesar for best actress 2021 but also Doria Tillier, Celeste Brunnquell (who plays Camille in the series

En Therapy

) or Jacques Weber, who are part of the cast.

Several scenes will be shot in La Baule, Sables-d'Olonne (Vendée) and Loroux-Bottereau near Nantes.

Moreover, the production is looking for more than 80 extras: women and men between 18 and 80 years old "with an outfit adapted for a burial ceremony in a church", but also three nurses between 25 and 60 years old as well as a woman between 35 and 60, smoker, with a dog.

Interested persons (remuneration: 105 euros gross per day) can apply online at the casting announcement.

The film tells the story of a young worker in a cannery who finds her father and discovers that he is an extremely rich man.

It should be released in theaters in 2022.
