The prosecutors allege that from 1997 to 2016, Sun and his mother Xu Peihua used Xu Peihua to serve as the deputy secretary of the Zhuhai Municipal Party Committee Political and Legal Committee, the Deputy Secretary-General of the Zhuhai Municipal Party Committee, and the Director of the Executive Bureau of the Guangdong Higher People’s Court to seek benefits for others. Together they received more than 20 million yuan in property.

　　Prior to this, in October 2018, the Intermediate People's Court of Fangchenggang City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region opened a public trial of Xu Peihua's bribery case.

　　The procuratorial agency charged that Xu Peihua, either directly or through his son Sun, illegally received property from companies and individuals equivalent to more than 41.76 million yuan.

Xu Peihua was sentenced to 15 years in prison and fined 5 million yuan.

　　Public information shows that Xu Peihua, female, was born in December 1956. She used to be the deputy director of the Xiangzhou Public Security Branch of the Zhuhai Municipal Public Security Bureau, deputy secretary of the Municipal Committee of Political and Legal Affairs, secretary of the Municipal Health System Party Working Committee, secretary of the Municipal Work Committee, and deputy secretary-general of the Municipal Party Committee. 　　According to Chinanews.com, the procuratorial agency charged that from 1993 to 2016, the defendant Xu Peihua used him as the deputy director of the Xiangzhou Public Security Branch of the Zhuhai Municipal Public Security Bureau, the deputy secretary of the Municipal Committee of Political and Legal Affairs, the secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Municipal Health System, and the Working Committee of Municipal Organs. According to the Criminal Judgment (2018) Gui 06 Xing Chu No. 80 issued by the Fangchenggang Intermediate People’s Court, Xu Peihua was sentenced to 15 years in prison for accepting bribes and fined 5 million yuan. The 7.2 million stolen money withdrawn was confiscated according to law. Turned over to the state treasury; the unreturned stolen money of 34,169,568,300 yuan continued to be recovered and confiscated and turned over to the state treasury.

　　The execution ruling shows that Xu Peihua is now serving a sentence in the Women's Prison of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

In March and April 2020, the Fangchenggang City Intermediate People's Court allocated nearly 1.85 million yuan in deposits and stock account assets under Xu Peihua's name, and seized parking spaces and houses under Xu Peihua's and his wife's name.

As of September 2020, Xu Peihua has not fulfilled all the obligations determined by the effective legal documents, but has reported the property status to the court.

The middle-level people of Fangchenggang City issued a consumption restriction order to Xu Peihua in accordance with the law.

　　According to the indictment issued by 12309 China Procuratorate in March 2021, Sun Mou was born in 1978, graduated from a postgraduate degree, and used to be the general manager of a development company in Zhuhai.

On February 22, 2017, before Xu Peihua reported that he was investigated, Sun was placed under residential surveillance in a designated residence. He was detained and arrested in June of the same year.

　　In August 2018, the Foshan People’s Procuratorate filed a prosecution in the case of Sun suspected of accepting bribes and using influence to accept bribes.

　　The prosecutor found out in accordance with the law that from 1997 to 2016, Sun and his mother Xu Peihua used Xu Peihua as the deputy secretary of the Zhuhai Municipal Committee of Political and Legal Affairs, the secretary of the Zhuhai Municipal Work Committee, the deputy secretary-general of the Zhuhai Municipal Party Committee, and a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Guangdong Higher People’s Court. , Director of the Executive Bureau, etc., to seek benefits for others, and jointly receive a total of 20.233.98 million yuan and HK$1.6 million from others.

For example, from 2006 to 2014, Xu Peihua used the convenience of being the deputy secretary-general of the Zhuhai Municipal Party Committee to provide assistance to a company in operating hotels, leisure clubs, etc., while Sun did not actually invest or participate in business operations. The cash bribes received in the name of "dividends" and "contracting fees" from the company's legal representative Chen Moujia (handled in another case) totaled RMB 5.592 million.

　　From 1998 to 2011, Xu Peihua took advantage of his position as Deputy Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Zhuhai Municipal Party Committee to provide assistance to Zhao in operating hotels and nightclubs. Sun received two bribes from Zhao totaling RMB 300 in cash. 10,000 yuan, and received a bribe of 680,000 yuan from Zhao through Sun’s own bank account.

　　According to the indictment, from 1997 to 2012, Xu Peihua used his position as deputy secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Zhuhai Municipal Party Committee to provide assistance to a company in renting the original office building of a police station. Sun was in charge of the company's Lin Mou ( Separate case handling) The operating enterprise received a total of RMB 719,308,000 in long-term paid remuneration, and received RMB 1.2 million in cash as a bribe from Lin in the name of discounted dry shares.

　　Since 2013, Xu Peihua has repeatedly used the convenience of serving as a member of the party group and director of the Executive Bureau of the Guangdong Higher People’s Court to provide assistance to others in the litigation and enforcement of the case. Sun accepted the request by buying and selling alcohol at an inflated price. The total amount of money given by people as bribes exceeds one million yuan.

　　The procuratorate believes that Sun should be held criminally responsible for the crime of accepting bribes and using influence to accept bribes.

Sun plays a secondary and auxiliary role in a joint crime and is an accomplice and should be punished in accordance with Article 27 of the Criminal Law of the People’s Republic of China.
