  He believes that national security education is not limited to understanding the content of relevant provisions, but should also cover the legislative background and significance of Hong Kong's National Security Law. It also includes allowing students to understand different areas of national security, such as ecological security, economic security, and network security.

  Yang Runxiong also said that the Education Bureau will use different channels, such as school inspections, school visits, etc., to understand the state of the school's implementation of national security education in and out of the classroom, and the effectiveness of students' learning.
