After the beginning of the state of alarm, Extremoduro only published a statement in which it launched a message of tranquility to its followers: "Let's play the hell out of it."

Circumstances have caused the message to have changed.

"I said we would play for the hell, but now

I'm not so sure.

For now, the only certainty is that this year it will not be possible."

This is how the Extremoduro band from Extremadura has announced that it is again postponing, this time indefinitely, its long-awaited farewell tour.

Extremoduro was scheduled to start this final tour on May 15, 2020, but the restrictions derived from the pandemic forced it to be postponed first to this fall and, finally, to the spring of 2021. "We have already postponed twice. First, we postponed it. to the fall of 2020 and then to the spring of 2021.

It makes no sense to set dates again for 2022

without having the slightest certainty that it will be possible, "said Robe.

"There is no choice but to adapt and do other types of shows more in line with the situation we are going through," he laments.

Does Extremoduro definitively give up this final tour?

"When everything is settled, we will reschedule the tour if it

still makes any sense by then."

As for the tickets, the band assures that it trusts that the promoter Live Nation will not put "any problem to recover the full amount."

Fans have at least one consolation: Robe announces the release of a new solo album for this spring.

It was scheduled to see the light after the Extremoduro tour.

That is, in October 2020. "How long are we going to keep it, another year or who knows if even more?

I can't do that,"

Robe argues.

"I cannot continue standing indefinitely until they let us do concerts of thirty thousand people."

The musician also announces

his return to the stage

adapted, yes, to the circumstances imposed by the pandemic with less crowded concerts.

"With things being like this, we will release the album this spring and start doing Robe shows in the fall and continue to play for the next year."
