Draft of the Radio and Television Law: Programs attended by inferior people may be restricted from broadcasting-中国新网视频

　　On March 16, the State Administration of Radio and Television issued the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Radio and Television (Draft for Solicitation of Comments)" to solicit opinions from the public. The deadline for feedback is April 16, 2021.

　　The draft stipulates that if the main creators of radio and television programs violate relevant laws and regulations and cause adverse social impacts, the competent department of radio and television under the State Council may impose necessary restrictions on the broadcasting of relevant programs.
