"Remote" holiday: how the world celebrates St. Patrick's Day

On March 17, St. Patrick's Day, the patron saint of Ireland, is celebrated all over the world. However, due to the coronavirus pandemic, traditional noisy festivities in many countries have been replaced by online events. Yet some, especially in Ireland itself, took to the streets to celebrate or to protest COVID-19-related restrictions. In Dublin alone, more than 15 people were detained for non-compliance with police requirements.
