"Normal to feel stress"

The four facilitators take the opportunity to discuss together the coronavirus crisis and its consequences, the closure of classes, student insecurity and the uncertain future for many young people.

"It is completely normal to feel stress in the current situation", insists Jamy, adding that one should not hesitate to "ask for a little help".

The team of the program broadcast between 1993 and 2014 takes advantage of this virtual meeting to remind people of the existence of Fil santé jeunes, which has a website and a telephone number: 0800 235 236. The platform allows users to put young people in distress in contact with professionals or accompanying persons.
