They resisted and argued in court that they had not only received vaccinations in January and February;
the daughter has also gone into isolation and lives alone on one floor of the house.
Various PCR corona tests and rapid tests were also negative for the couple.
Therefore, the quarantine order was illegal.
The judges rejected the urgent motion.
The classification of the two doctors as suspected contagion is not omitted because they have been vaccinated.
So far there has been insufficient evidence that people with full vaccination protection could not also get infectious.
It can therefore be assumed that both doctors have absorbed pathogens.
