According to Ms. Peng, in December last year, due to work, this number had to be transferred from her husband to herself.

After being authorized by her husband, she took her husband and her ID card to the China Telecom Railway Station business hall located in Huanghe West Road, Jingyang District, Deyang City, to handle the transfer business.

  Unexpectedly, the staff of Deyang Telecom informed Ms. Peng after inquiring that her number is a "pretty number" and cannot be transferred like an ordinary number.
