The team spread out across the board to clean up scattered smoke spots.
At about 13:10 on March 14, a forest fire broke out near Sanqiutian at the junction of Ciba Street and Longquan Street, Panlong District, Kunming.
After the fire broke out, the Yunnan Provincial Forest and Grassland Fire Fighting Headquarters urgently deployed. 249 officers and soldiers from the Kunming Forest Fire Fighting Detachment rushed to the scene for disposal. Local fire fighting forces (256 local professional fire fighting teams, 160 semi-professional fire fighting teams, 160 155 cadres and people) cooperated closely with the rescue.
At present, the fire site has been transferred to the cleaning and guarding stage, but because the site has not yet reached the "three nos" (no smoke, no fire, and no gas), and the temperature of the fire site is gradually rising, the wind is increasing, and it is still difficult to clean up.
It is reported that the fire area in Panlong District was about 68 hectares, and a total of 820 people were put out to fight the fire. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
