After being taken to the public security organ, the suspect confessed that the criminal gang was headed by Chen Mouquan. In addition to Li Moufeng and Huang Mouhua, Li Moucheng, Pan Mouxiang and others fled.

　　It is understood that in order to avoid the attack by the public security organs, the gang hired foreign drivers to use cars to transport cigarettes from border cities to Chaoshan Village, Shipai Village Committee, Pingyang Town, between 0 am and 2 am every day, and then the local Li Mou Feng, Huang Mouhua, Li Moucheng, Pan Mouxiang and others picked up the car and transported the cigarettes to the warehouse, and then drove out of the village and handed them to the out-of-town drivers. This case is the case of cigarette smuggling with the most spot and the largest value of cigarettes seized since the establishment of Laibin City.

　　The task force followed the line and captured the suspect Li Mocheng in Shipai Village, Pingyang Town on January 21; on February 1, it also arrested Pan Mouxiang who had fled to a food factory in Wuxuan County.
