While the movement to occupy theaters is gaining momentum, that cinemas want to brave the closure to protest against health measures, Roselyne Bachelot assured to understand "the movement of exasperation, of anger", at the microphone of France Culture this Friday.

The Minister of Culture revealed that the government hopes to be able to reopen cultural places between April and June: "We are really in this objective of reopening during the second quarter of 2021", she affirmed.

“I am campaigning, at this point in my knowledge of the pandemic, for a global opening on the same date of places of culture, but with adapted safety protocols.

A baroque music festival in a church does not have the same health constraints as a theater or a concert hall.

There will be adapted and concerted protocols with professionals, ”she detailed.

The minister assured to understand the concern of intermittents facing the deadline of August 31.

A mission is underway "to continue the intermittent system with specific modulations" and is studying the access to unemployment of intermittent "first-time entrants", she said.
