Very critical of Prince Harry, but especially Meghan Markle, the star British TV journalist Piers Morgan left the set of "Good morning Britain" on Tuesday, during the column of his colleague Alex Beresford who criticized his point of view.

Piers Morgan will not return to the antenna of the British channel ITV which hired him.

On Tuesday morning, he had left the set of the show while his colleague Alex Beresford wrote a column in which he criticized the very aggressive treatment that Piers Morgan, a fervent defender of the British crown, had made of the interview of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle by journalist Oprah Winfrey.

Piers Morgan has decided to quit the channel.

Wednesday morning, the journalist having already resigned from the channel.

During their hooking up, Alex Beresford had explained to the attention of his colleague: "I understand that you do not like Meghan Markle, you have clearly explained it many times on this show, but you continue to mistreat her".

A sentence that put Piers Morgan beside himself and pushed him to leave the set.

"This is absolutely devilish behavior," continued Alex Beresford.

And this colleague is not the only one to blame Piers Morgan for his many humor tickets against Meghan Markle.

The British equivalent of the CSA, Ofcom, has received more than 40,000 complaints from viewers reproaching Piers Morgan for his comments made about Meghan Markle on Monday morning, the day after the American broadcast of the interview given by the couple to Oprah Winfrey.

Piers Morgan explained that he did not believe her and even accused her, covertly, of lying.
