[Explanation] On the eve of Women's Day on March 8, Mo Yueqin, who will be retired this year, is often busy in the workshop of the unit, dismantling relays and other equipment in depth.

"If you don't know how to dismantle" is her unique secret to becoming the chief female technician. For more than 30 years, she dismantled all the electrical equipment in the segment.

Because when you don’t understand the structure of many things, you don’t know how it works. So our leader at that time said, if you want to learn something, you should boldly dismantle it. If you dismantle it, it’s mine. If you have solved the problem and learned the things, then you can dismantle it.

[Explanation] In the workshop with more than 20 people, Mo Yueqin is the only female employee.

Among the men, she looked extraordinarily dazzling.

Since joining the work, in order to quickly improve her business, she followed her master during the day to learn all kinds of electrical appliances knowledge, and at night she picked up lights and nights to learn the principles of electrical appliances.

For 30 years in the post, she has grown into a technical expert step by step through her own efforts, and is the first female employee to be hired as a chief technician in a group company.

[Explanation] With the continuous advancement of China’s railway technology, there are more and more electrified parts. Mo Yueqin constantly learns to improve his business level, and also develops the habit of returning damaged parts to the warehouse, and keeps them for use after repairs. Colleagues joked as "picking up tatters."

Pick up the tatters and use them. Our main purpose is to solve production problems.

[Explanation] Mo Yueqin will spare no effort to repair the switch from small to dozens of yuan, to the relay of thousands of yuan, to the generator of tens of thousands of yuan.

The seemingly "picking up" behavior can actually greatly reduce costs, speed up the progress of maintenance, and improve the operating efficiency of the railway.

There are some things on our equipment that are difficult to buy, so if we remove it and put it here as spare parts, if it breaks, we will replace it, which will reduce the time for fault repair. The waiting time is so long, so we can repair it and make spare parts. If you do, try your best to be spares.

[Explanation] Under the leadership of Mo Yueqin, in recent years, more than 30 innovative projects that the studio has participated in have been recognized by the Nanning Bureau Group Company. More and more young people are working hard to study the maintenance skills of electrical equipment and have successively cultivated them. A large number of technical backbones, including all-road technical experts, will be released.

As she was about to retire, she did not choose the last professional time to rest. Instead, she took the initiative to provoke the burden and redesigned the distribution of power resources for the section to improve the efficiency of the section.
