The companion of Elisa Pilarski, owner of the dog which allegedly bit the young woman, has been indicted.

The companion of Elisa Pilarski, who died of canine bites in a forest in the Aisne at the end of 2019 where she was walking Curtis, the latter's dog, was indicted on Thursday for "manslaughter", announced the Soissons prosecutor's office .

Christophe Ellul was indicted "for having by clumsiness, recklessness, inattention, negligence or breach of an obligation of prudence or safety (...) involuntarily caused the death" of his companion, "resulting from the aggression committed by several dogs which he owned or kept, ”according to a press release from the prosecution.

He was placed under judicial supervision.

The body of Elisa Pilarski, a 29-year-old pregnant woman, was found in the forest in 2019. She had gone for a walk with her partner's dog, Curtis.
