This is a faulty release.

"Of course, enterprises and employers can also stipulate in their rules and regulations that engaging in part-time jobs during their employment is considered a violation of labor discipline. This also imposes restrictions on employees."

Wen Chenjing said that to become an "amphibious youth", the prerequisite is not to affect your own work, followed by a good balance of time and energy and improving your own work skills.

"If the part-time job has been reported to the employer and the other party knows and agrees, it will be difficult for the employer to terminate the labor relationship with part-time reasons.

She mentioned that for the new labor model, labor employment and social security related laws and regulations, it is necessary to continuously improve and adjust, so that no matter which form of labor can be protected accordingly, it also protects or balances labor and employers. This will be more conducive to laborers’ choice of labor rights.
