He added: “I am the only breadwinner for my family, and I work in the private sector with a salary of 3500 dirhams, from which 1800 dirhams are deducted from the rent per month, and the rest is spent between paying bank installments and meeting the requirements of daily life, and I could not pay the maternity bill, until a charity contributed 15 thousand And 701 dirhams, and the remainder of the bill is 8299 dirhams.

He continued, "I am unable to pay even a small part of the cost of giving birth to my wife, and I knocked on many charitable doors to help me and pay the remaining amount, and I did not receive a response."
