The reporter visited along the river and found that because some fishing tackles and fishing methods were not included in the list of prohibited fishing tackles and fishing laws, grassroots law enforcement attacks sometimes faced the embarrassment of “unable to follow”.

"One person, one rod" is difficult to implement

For example, the list of prohibited fishing gear in some places includes titles such as free hook longline fishing, fighting poles, and sealed formations, but most of these are common folk names without strict classification and scientific naming, and there are irregular expressions and poor definitions. Some people often argue that this type of fishing method does not belong to the prohibited category, which increases the difficulty of law enforcement.
