On the other hand, the UAE presented a different model in dealing with women, as the leadership was the first to support and motivate women to enter all fields, and provide the appropriate environment for them to work, progress, excel, innovate and innovate, which was a prominent feature in the thought and approach of the founding father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God rest his soul, and he expressed it in many words and statements he made, on various occasions, most notably his saying: “I support women in everything that harms them.”

From the outset, the late Sheikh Zayed, may God rest his soul, worked to push women to be an active partner in the construction and development of the new country, so he paid attention to girls ’education, stressing in his statement:“ The role of women is no less than that of men, and today's students are Future mothers ».

Infrastructure, health and educational services, and even strengthening our military power, depending on the role of women in these fields ..
