Almost everywhere in Europe, a year of confinement, deconfinement, curfew, in short of constraints less and less well accepted by the populations, more and more weary and morose.

Vaccines that were unexpected some time ago have already been administered in the 27 countries of the Union.

The Commission has ordered more than 2 billion doses, but the delays in deliveries are causing impatience and irritation.

A rising dispute, that of the vaccine passport.

Will it be the second essential passport for traveling in Europe and the world this summer?

Publicity

Does this global health crisis call into question the confidence of citizens in their leaders?

How is the role of the European Union perceived, which has pre-ordered vaccines, but which has also released several hundred billion euros so that each State can come to the aid of unemployed employees and companies in great difficulty ... and which is in the process of finalizing a recovery plan of 750 billion euros?
