Is the pandemic a difficult time to stop drinking?

That depends.

Some people tell us that in a social context they often feel pressured to drink alcohol, which is now gone for many.

You can think about when to say no.

And you can also make excuses.

Driving is always good, it is widely accepted, including taking medication.

Some also stand by it and can openly say that they no longer drink, some may need another reason out of shame, a kind of bridge.

Both are okay, because what ultimately counts is that the bottom line is that you do what you feel like doing and don't have the feeling that I have to somehow get along with it - and drink alcohol.
