The CIA made public, Friday, February 26 in the United States, a report in which Washington accuses Mohammed ben Salman of having "validated" the assassination of Saudi journalist Jamal khashoggi in Istanbul in October 2018. Also according to the document, the prince Saudi heir has such power over the security services of his country that it is "very unlikely" that such an operation could have taken place "without his green light".

In short: for American intelligence, the man who decided on Jamal Khashoggi's death is MBS.
