No more budget: 3 billion more in 5 years, and 30,000 more soldiers and therefore the need to reopen old barracks.

Gotland, planted in the Baltic Sea, facing the coasts of the former Eastern bloc, this island was a veritable fortress during the Cold War, before seeing its soldiers leave and then return.
