Zhao Zhiwei, head of the Beijing Municipal Comprehensive Law Enforcement Corps for Ecological Environment Protection, introduced that in 2020, Beijing’s environmental administrative penalty will be 137 million yuan.
A total of 4,890 fixed source cases were filed and investigated in the city, and 674 major cases of five categories were implemented, of which 646 were seized and seized, 17 were transferred to administrative detention, and 11 were transferred to suspected environmental pollution crimes.
Punishments were imposed on 13,400 over-standard heavy-duty diesel vehicles, 1,541 non-road mobile machinery, 11 inspection sites, and 126 oil storage and transportation facilities.
