[Explanation] The Qinghai-Tibet Railway has many lines. Sunjiazhai Station is a fourth-class station that is more than 20 kilometers away from the provincial capital Xining. It receives and dispatches nearly 30 trains a day, mainly responsible for freight train command and emergency response. jobs.
Different from other stations, all four employees at Sunjiazhai Station are women.
In other stations, these tasks are basically undertaken by men, but at Sunjiazhai station, these four "golden flowers" also support the sky.

In the line area under the responsibility of Sunjiazhai Station, whether the train is advancing, decelerating, or stopping or giving way, all operation instructions must be transmitted by the equipment in the carriage compartment.
Therefore, the personnel on duty must stick to their posts every minute and every second, and ensure "seamless connection" 24 hours a day by shifting shifts.
[Explanation] Bringing their own meals, working in three shifts, and sticking to their posts for 24 hours at a time is already commonplace for them.
Although the station can sleep and rest, it can't sleep well.
On the day of the reporter's interview, three of the four female employees were on duty.
Among them, when Li Erxin, who is already the mother of the child, talked about this job, he thought he wanted to give the child a good example.

This job actually means that you have a strong sense of responsibility at work. If you can’t sleep, you have to keep staring at the car. There will be a car. So you can’t be sloppy or doze off, you have to keep staring.
Then you can't rest well when you rest. For example, you go home from get off work, and you want to rest when you go home. The child is still young and needs care. Sometimes, you can't sleep after get off work, so you feel quite sleepy.
But for this family, do you still have to work hard and set a good example for your children.
[Explanation] The environment at Sunjiazhai Station is very difficult, because the house has been built for a long time, and the biggest problem in the station is water and toilet.
Fetching water, pouring water, repairing electricity, and cooking all require their own hands.

Sometimes our station has only one line of electricity and there will be a power outage.
When there is a power outage, then we have to use the generator to power the equipment, and the generator sometimes fails.
So what to do if there is a malfunction, then we have two people, one of us will go out, go outside, to guide and pick up the car.
[Commentary] Xie Dongmei, the oldest of the four, has been working at the station for eight years.
She said that the person she owed the most for a long time was her son.
Because of the nature of work, I had to leave my children at home alone or put them in the care of neighbors. One year the children even spent the Spring Festival alone.

The most unforgettable thing for me is the thirty. Normally, my husband and I are staggered in classes, but I can’t stagger that day.
