Fukui Prefecture announced on the 24th that two men and women in their 50s in Tsuruga City were infected with the new coronavirus.
The infection has been confirmed in Fukui prefecture for the first time in 5 days since 19th of this month, and the total number of infected people is now 544.
The prefecture has issued an "Infection Spread Warning" until the 28th of this month, calling for thorough countermeasures.
