Kenya Barris and Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson will collaborate on a new project for Netflix.

According to Deadline, the two producers are developing an adaptation of

The 50th Law

, the book written by the rapper and Robert Greene, and which chronicles the star's beginnings, long before the release of his first album,

The publication states that the series will be told from a 50 Cent perspective, with "anecdotes and lessons from Abraham Lincoln, Sun Tsu, Socrates, Napoleon, Malcolm X and James Baldwin."
