Many institutions and countries are trying to implement initiatives and projects, some of which may succeed with great success, and others find little luck of success, and these initiatives may sometimes fail. For example, when the Americans tried to implement the Japanese system of continuous improvement known as "Kaizen", that system did not succeed. Likewise, the implementation of the "Sigma 6" system in Japan did not succeed, because the largest system in which initiatives and projects are implemented contains several internal systems such as the matrix or the system, including the prevailing culture, lifestyle, engines that drive business, infrastructure, and the availability of competencies. Human, and many other elements, these factors make up the concept of «ecosysm».

The literal translation of the word "ecosystem" is an ecosystem. Indeed, the word is borrowed from the ecological life system. In the forest, for example, each element depends on other elements. Trees are irrigated with rainwater and produce oxygen that other organisms inhale, and when animals die, they feed the soil that becomes fertile and increases The growth of trees and plants, and the seasons of the year come to change the parameters of what is produced and consumed, and so on, and if an element of the system falls, the rest of the elements are affected, and we have the famous example of that when the Chinese leader Mao Zedong in 1958 ordered the extermination of the birds that were eating some grains in the agricultural lands. On the other hand, the locusts multiplied in abundance, as birds are no longer there to feed on it, and consequently the locusts came on the green and China suffered a major famine.

The term is now frequently used in the business world, and it may be confusing to use the word ecosystem, so the word can be used as it is "ecosystem" or replaced by the word "system" if we agree that the system is a group of components and parts that depend on each other according to a specific planning. Contributes to reaching specific goals.

From this standpoint, we may all benefit, especially policy-makers and leaders of change by imbibing the concept of the system in solving problems, and everyone can benefit from adopting this concept, whether they are individuals, institutions or governments, for example some ministries of education have expanded in the use of technology, especially these days due to the restrictions that It was imposed by "Covid-19", and they assumed that things would go well without paying attention to the weakness of the infrastructure, for example. In many countries there are still severe weaknesses in the capacity and speed of the Internet, and even some countries suffer from severe weakness in the supply of electric current.

Consequently, no matter how much we invest in programs and technology without infrastructure, these investments will not bear fruit, not to mention the technological illiteracy of some teachers who need systematic initiatives and courses to develop their technological skills, and examples are many.

It is important that we start with ourselves and understand how to embrace the concept of system in everything we do.
