After receiving the police from the Pudong Public Security Bureau, the police summoned Guan Mou (female, 35 years old), the perpetrator according to law.
During the investigation, the police found that Guan was confused and incoherent. After contacting his family, it was reported that Guan had had symptoms of suspected mental illness. This time, he was alone in Shanghai in recent days.
Diagnosed by the Mental Health Center, Guan was diagnosed with acute mental disorder and has now been admitted to the hospital.
The incident did not cause any injuries to theater performers.
