The temperature at 50 minutes has reached 20.8℃.

　　The Beijing Municipal Meteorological Department stated that Beijing's annual (average from 1981 to 2010) spring time is March 30.

　　Previous reports showed that the spring in Beijing in 2020 will be March 15, half a month earlier than normal.

The spring time is judged on the basis that the 5-day moving average temperature is calculated based on the current year’s temperature series to form a moving average temperature sequence. When the moving average temperature sequence is greater than or equal to 10°C for 5 consecutive days, the first one in the corresponding current year temperature sequence is used. The date greater than or equal to 10°C is regarded as the starting date of spring.
