Ten years after the start of the uprising against Muammar Gaddafi and the immense hope for freedom, Libya remains undermined by conflict and torn between two authorities who are competing for power, each with the support of foreign powers.

Tens of thousands of Libyans are displaced and many exiles who returned in 2011 to participate in the democratic construction of the country have left.

In October, a ceasefire agreement was wrested under the aegis of the UN.

Unlike the previous ones, it seems globally respected.
