They don't have a fluorescent vest in the glove box.

But they can still cross the freeway without getting run over.

To help animals to go from one forest to another, nearly 2,000 passages exist in France.

They take the form of ecopbridges - bridges covered with vegetation and ponds, for amphibians -, or of ecoducts - tunnels.

Deer, foxes, wild boars, field mice and even bats, all the representatives of the fauna use them without you realizing it when you are driving.

Emmanuel Rondeau is a director, photographer, and is closely interested in these animal routes.

“When we put our human intelligence not to destroy, but to try to build rather intelligent bridges, we see that it works”, he presents.
